Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees once paid for courses, subscriptions, or services are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.
• Payment deducted but service not delivered due to system failure.
• Course/service canceled by Satfin.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
• To request a refund, email us at contact@satfinacademy.com with payment details and proof.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to attend or use the service.
• Incorrect information provided by the customer.
